HOW WE HARVEST OUR BEEF
Barbour Grass-Fed Beef is humanely harvested and processed at a family-owned, certified USDA handling facility that is federally inspected and specializes in grass-fed beef. The carcass is dry-aged 7-10 days to ensure tenderness, cut to your specifications (for HALF BEEF orders), sealed in clear cryovac, labeled, and flash froze.

HOW WE RAISE OUR BEEF
Barbour Grass-Fed Beef is raised with attention and care. Our breed stock represents some of the best grass-fed genetics available. Our calves are conceived naturally without artificial insemination, estrous synchronization, or embryo implants. They are raised free-range on nature's basics of mother's milk, fresh water, and forage.
Our herd is managed for optimal quality. Low-stress handling, cleanliness, and humane treatment of our animals are emphasized daily.
We know each animal on an individual basis: its genetics, what and how it eats, even its temperament. Enjoy the peace of mind in knowing how your beef is raised.
